Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by Inskeep, including information you submitted through Facebook or Instagram lead forms, demo inquiries, or an Inskeep account. You do not need to sign in to make a request.

1. Send a deletion request

Email colin@inskeep.io with the subject Inskeep data deletion request. Where possible, send it from the email address associated with your inquiry or account.

• Include the name and email address you used with Inskeep.
• Tell us whether your request concerns a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a demo inquiry, an email subscription, or an Inskeep workspace.
• If helpful, include the approximate submission date or company/workspace name so we can locate the right records.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or identity documents with your initial request. If you no longer have access to the original email address, explain that in your message so we can discuss an appropriate verification method.

This button opens your email app; it does not submit a request or delete data automatically. You can also copy the email address into your preferred email service.

2. Verification and handling

We review requests manually and may ask for limited additional information to confirm your identity or authority before changing records. Once verified, we will review the applicable data for deletion or de-identification and respond to explain completion, any remaining steps, or applicable retention exceptions. We handle requests according to applicable law and our contractual obligations.

For Facebook and Instagram leads, relevant records may include your submitted name, email, phone number, company, form answers, and associated inquiry information. For organization-managed workspaces, we may need to coordinate with the authorized workspace administrator. Request a status update by replying to the same email conversation.

3. Retention and connected services

Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies expire through normal backup rotation. Limited records of the deletion request or import identifiers may be retained to document handling and prevent deleted leads from being imported again. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding to your request.

These instructions cover data held by Inskeep. They do not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or information independently retained by Meta or another connected provider. Disconnecting an integration or revoking its access is separate from requesting deletion of information already held by Inskeep.
